• Payday Wings is not a lender. We do not lend money.
• Payday Wings does not make lending decisions — we do not approve or decline anyone.
• All loan offers come directly from participating licensed third-party lenders.

In plain terms: our role is to take one application and put it in front of lenders who may be interested in reviewing it. Whether you receive an offer, and on what terms, is entirely up to the lender. You can read more on our About Us and How It Works pages.

Eligibility to Use the Website

To use Payday Wings, you should:

• Be the age of majority in your province (18 or 19, depending on where you live).
• Be legally able to enter into a binding contract.
• Provide accurate, truthful and complete information.
• Use the website only for lawful purposes.

If you do not meet these requirements, please do not submit an application through the website. Meeting them lets you use the site — it does not, on its own, mean a lender will make you an offer. You can read more about lender criteria on our Eligibility Requirements page.

Loan Matching Service

Here is how the service works, step by step:

• You submit one application with the basic details a lender needs.
• Your application may be shared with participating licensed lenders who could be interested in it.
• Each lender reviews your application independently, using its own criteria.
• Loan approval is never guaranteed.
• Whether you receive an offer depends entirely on the lender.

We do not sit in the middle of that decision. We pass the application along; the lender decides. Some applications result in an offer and some do not.

No Guarantee of Approval

This point matters enough to state on its own.

Only participating licensed lenders determine these outcomes, within the rules of the applicable province. If any website promises you guaranteed approval or guaranteed funding, treat that as a reason for caution — no licensed lender in Canada can lawfully make that promise before reviewing an application.

User Responsibilities

When you use Payday Wings, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate information.
• Not submit fraudulent or misleading applications.
• Keep your contact information accurate and current.
• Use the website responsibly and lawfully.
• Not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Submitting false information can affect a lender’s review of your application and may have consequences under the lender’s own agreement with you.

Fees

We keep this simple:

• Payday Wings does not charge you to submit an application. Our matching service is free to use.
• Participating lenders may charge borrowing costs, in accordance with the regulations of the applicable province.
• Any such cost must be disclosed by the lender in writing before you accept a loan agreement.

If a cost appears that was not disclosed to you before you agreed to the loan, raise it with the lender directly. You can estimate potential borrowing costs before you apply using our loan calculator.

Third-Party Lenders

If you accept a loan, the agreement is between you and the lender — not with Payday Wings. Because of that, Payday Wings is not responsible for:

• Loan approval or decline decisions.
• Interest rates and borrowing costs.
• Repayment schedules and terms.
• Collections activity.
• Customer service provided by the lender.

For anything to do with a loan you have already taken out — your balance, a payment date, an extension, or a dispute — please contact the lender that issued it. They hold your agreement; we do not.

Intellectual Property

The content and design of this website belong to Payday Wings or its licensors. This includes, without limitation:

• Website content and written material.
• Logos and brand identity.
• Graphics, icons and illustrations.
• The website’s source code and layout.

You may view and use the website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any part of it without our written permission.

Website Availability

We aim to keep Payday Wings available and working properly, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be accessible or uninterrupted.

Responsible Borrowing

• Understand your repayment obligations and the exact repayment date.
